What is a Doula?
I am a Full Spectrum Doula
As a full spectrum Doula I provide the support of a normal Doula as well as a wide variety of other essential support services. Other services provided include but are not limited to, termination accompaniment, fertility support and bereavement support. I support the family as a whole
Doulas are trained, experienced professionals who provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support to mothers before, during, and after childbirth.
Research indicates that doulas positively impact several maternal and infant health outcomes and experiences. Including but not limited to:
- Decreasing C-Sections
- Decreasing Maternal Death
- Decreasing infant Death
- Etc.
Holistic health is an approach to wellness that simultaneously addresses the physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual components of health. As a field of practice, holistic medicine draws from many disciplines, religions, and cultures to heal people, communities, and even the environment.

I provide "nonjudgemental" emotional, physical, informational, and logistical support and care before, during, and after a medical or surgical abortion.

What do you do?
Bereavement/Child Loss
I walk with, support, and help families who are experiencing the loss of their baby, whether that loss is through miscarriage, stillbirth, or a diagnosis that means the baby will not live long after being delivered.

Holistic Fertility
provides support during preconception, to individuals and their partners as they flow through their path into parenthood. Just as a birth and labor doula brings non-medical, non-judgmental informational, emotional, and physical support during pregnancy.

What I CAN'T Do

- Speak on your behalf
- Replace your partner
- Give Medical Advice
- Deliver your baby
- Baby Sit/Provide Nanny Services

What to Expect
- Book a consultation with me and receive an email with my availability.
- You will fill out your contract in full prior to consultation if you have not already done so
- Depending on your package you will have a 45 min - 2 hour consultation with me
- Should you choose Uniquelyz Herbal Healing LLC you will then pay your Deposit
- Together we will select a day to begin your package
Expect to feel loved, supported, listened to, honored, cared for, educated, safe! As your doula it is an HONOR to be able to provide you with my skills, presence, and talent. All you need to bring is vulnerability, trust, and honesty and I will bring the rest.
Instead of administering pain meds or doing clinical exams, your Doula can provide physical and emotional support regarding pain management, mobility, positioning and coping during labor; and physical and emotional support for other reproductive experiences, such as miscarriage, stillbirth, abortion or the postpartum period.
- I am not here to replace your partner
- I am not here to replace your care provider
- I am not here to replace your therapist or mental health provider
- I will never share your confidential information with any party outside of your care team
- I will not leave should you choose an alternate delivery method
- Termination is your choice and I will not judge you for it
